You Are Not Losing Because of Price — You Are Losing Because of Structure
Most factory owners think they lose money because they buy at the wrong price.
But that is rarely the real reason.
The real loss usually comes from something deeper:
You are running a system
that you don’t fully see.
In today’s market, many factories are in the same position:
Raw price is unstable
Kernel price is not moving
Margin is thin or negative
And the common conclusion is:
“The market is bad.”
But the market is not the only problem.
Look closer at what is actually happening inside the factory:
Raw material bought at different times, different structures
Drying loss varies, but is treated as constant
Yield assumptions are based on theory, not actual output
Kernel selling price is assumed, not secured
Each decision looks small.
But combined, they create one thing:
A cost structure
that is no longer controllable.
This is where most factories get trapped.
They are not trading anymore.
They are reacting.
They buy because they need stock.
They sell because they need cash.
But they don’t control the system in between.
And that is where margin disappears.
The uncomfortable truth is this:
You can be right about the market
and still lose money.
Because in this business,
Profit does not come from being right about price.
It comes from controlling:
When you buy
What you actually receive
What you can realistically produce
And when you can sell
If one of these is unclear,
the entire chain becomes fragile.
Many factories today are not losing at the edges.
They are losing in the structure.
You don’t lose when the market moves.
You lose when your system cannot absorb the move.

If you have WW320 / WW240 / WS / LP to offer, I have active buyers and can connect both sides.

Share Your Experience
What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?
It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.
You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.
You may share:
- What is happening in your life right now?
- What has been on your mind the most lately?
- What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
- What have you tried so far?
- What surprised you?
- If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?
Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.
