THE RIVER, THE ROOT AXIS, AND THE THREE FLOWS OF HUMAN LIFE

(Explore the foundation of Code Bản Thể: Definition of Code Bản Thể : https://codebanthe.com/code-ban-the-la-gi/ )

(A reconstruction from the lens of Qi Path and bioenergetic science)

A river that stretches for thousands of kilometers

does not flow because it creates its own water,

nor because of luck or random underground springs

it flows because it sits on the main axis of upstream currents.

Likewise, in human life, there are three foundational flows:

Wealth Qi

Blessing Qi

Longevity Qi.

But these do not arise from mere human effort,

they are the natural result of living in alignment with the root axis

where Original Qi moves freely.

Qi Path View

Live in the Root Stream, Don’t Create a New One

In Qi Path, Original Qi is not something you train to possess.

It is the ever-present undercurrent of life

like the eternal upstream source.

When we live off-axis

chasing illusions, ego goals, or external expectations

no matter how hard we strive to gain wealth, happiness, or health,

everything becomes fragile, unstable, or short-lived.

But when we return to the root axis

living with integrity, stillness, and inner alignment

the three flows arise naturally and sustainably, without force.

Following Heaven’s Way

when you align with the original flow, life self-corrects.

This is the foundational insight shared by many ancient traditions:

Laozi, Zen Buddhism, Qigong, classical Yoga

they don’t teach you to “create power,”

they guide you to open the channel for the primordial energy to flow.

Scientific Perspective

Energy Transmission and the Human Bio-System

In physics, the strongest current doesn’t occur where water is most abundant,

but where there is a stable transmission axis

gravity-led flow from high to low.

The human body is likewise a living energy system:

ATP (adenosine triphosphate)

cellular energy

is only consistently generated when internal systems (endocrine, nervous, respiratory) are well-regulated.

Biophotons

subtle light emitted by healthy DNA

appear only when cells are in harmonious states.

Neural ion currents only conduct properly when the spinal axis and central nervous system are free from blockage.

The three flows

Wealth, Blessing, and Longevity Qi

correspond as follows:

Wealth Qi: Linked to creative energy and strategic awareness. When the prefrontal cortex is activated by clarity and presence, one can perceive opportunities and act with timing.

Blessing Qi: Connected to emotional resonance. When the limbic system is balanced, one radiates stability and harmony, attracting genuine trust and goodwill.

Longevity Qi: Tied to autonomic rhythm and cellular health. When the autonomic nervous system and hormonal balance are in sync, the body enters a state of deep regeneration and peace.

Science and ontology meet at the same truth:

If the main axis of life force is blocked

by distorted values, anxiety, or misalignment

then no matter how we chase individual goals, the flows become fragmented and unsustainable.

The river needs no added water

only alignment with the upstream source.

You need not force wealth, blessings, or longevity

just live in the root axis of life,

and vitality, abundance, and harmony will naturally flow.

Most people think life collapses suddenly.

But rivers rarely lose direction in a single moment.

The distortion often begins quietly:

when the root axis weakens

when rhythm disappears

when perception loses coherence

when humans drift too far from their natural flow

The River, The Root Axis, and The Three Flows of Human Life
is not merely philosophy.

It is an invitation
to observe the invisible structures
already shaping human destiny beneath the surface.

Share Your Experience

What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?

It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.

You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.

You may share:

  1. What is happening in your life right now?
  2. What has been on your mind the most lately?
  3. What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
  4. What have you tried so far?
  5. What surprised you?
  6. If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?

Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.

Human Experience Atlas was created to help people see, recognize, and map the experiences they are living through.
