Better questions often lead to better decisions.

People naturally search for quick answers.

Effective decision-makers spend more time understanding the system that produces those answers.

Perhaps the most important question is not,

“Where will prices go tomorrow?”

Perhaps it is,

“What operating architecture is quietly producing tomorrow’s price?”
