ROOT QI REFLEX – SPEED IN STILLNESS
(Explore the foundation of Code Bản Thể: Definition of Code Bản Thể : https://codebanthe.com/code-ban-the-la-gi/ )
There are two ways to achieve speed:
1. Mechanical Reflex
It depends on the nervous system and muscles.
Most people hold their breath, tense their bodies, and tighten their muscles to “grab fast” or “strike quickly.”
At that moment, the brain gives orders, and the muscles respond.
The result: fast but exhausting, precise but easy to lose rhythm.
Because each action still passes through a tiny mental phase — the processing gap.
2. Root Qi Response
It doesn’t use intention to control,
but allows body – mind – awareness – and Qi to move in one rhythm.
When the mind is calm, the body soft, and Qi flows freely —
action happens before thought arises.
There is no “commander,” only the current of life flowing through.
The more you release, the faster it becomes;
the quieter you are, the more precise it is.
There is no fatigue, no shortness of breath —
because Qi doesn’t get trapped in the muscles, it flows through the whole body.
🧭APPLICATION IN TRAINING
Step 1 – Qi Alignment
Stand firmly, relax your shoulders, open the chest, and let the mind settle.
Breathe lightly but deeply.
Feel Qi running through your arms and legs — don’t force, just observe.
Step 2 – Synchronization
When a signal appears (a falling object, a shift, a movement),
don’t react through thought — let the body move before intention arises.
When the mind is still, the action starts like electricity flowing through water.
Step 3 – Stillness after Movement
After each round, stand quietly for a few seconds,
observe your breath returning to its natural rhythm.
That is the moment when body, mind, and Qi unite.
You are no longer training reflexes —
you are training stillness within movement.
🌿RESULTS AFTER MASTERY
Faster reflexes without tension.
A calm mind in the midst of rapid motion.
A light body, abundant Qi, and a clear mind.
Not just “striking faster,” but living slower – seeing faster – acting rightly.

Share Your Experience
What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?
It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.
You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.
You may share:
- What is happening in your life right now?
- What has been on your mind the most lately?
- What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
- What have you tried so far?
- What surprised you?
- If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?
Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.
Human Experience Atlas was created to help people see, recognize, and map the experiences they are living through.
