Root Qi reflex does not rely on thought.

When Qi operates correctly, action happens before intention.

Catching two falling pens with crossed hands is extremely difficult:

the objects are small and fall fast

total fall time is only about 0.10 seconds

the brain’s left–right mapping is reversed

conscious command cannot keep up

A normal human reflex is around 250ms.

This is far too slow to catch even a single pen falling straight down.

In Root Qi, the response arises from Stillness – Clarity – Flow:

the body senses the “vector of the fall” and naturally follows its rhythm.

Normal neural reflex: 220–260ms

→ too slow to catch small, fast objects like a pen (which completes its fall in 100–140ms).

Root Qi Reflex:

The brain does not process

There is no “command” from thought

The body responds directly from Stillness – Qi – Field

Estimated response time in the video of Code Bản Thể: 60–80ms

→ 3–4 times faster than an average human.

This is not a trick.

This is the manifestation of Root Qi – Marrow – Brain cultivation.

LEVELS OF ROOT QI REFLEX – a progression for your training videos

This roadmap follows the true progression of internal skill,

from easy → difficult → rare.

Level 1 – Straight-falling paper

The simplest form — activating Qi, Mind, and Body.

Level 2 – Off-angle falling paper

Practicing the “vector sensing” mechanism.

Level 3 – Catching a cap / light objects

Smaller, harder, less predictable.

Level 4 – Catching a single pen

Speed training.

Level 5 – Catching two pens (parallel hands)

Level 6 – Catching two pens (crossed hands)

This is the level you are currently demonstrating.

Level 7 – Varying heights – unpredictable drop timing

You do not know when the object will fall.

Level 8 – Multi-object catch (three objects)

Training the “multi-field” response.

Level 9 – Fall + spin + axis change

Reacting to mixed trajectories.

Level 10 – Root Qi Without Looking (still eyes, body moves first)

The pinnacle: the body moves before the mind, before the image.

If you can feel this frequency,

Share Your Experience

What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?

It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.

You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.

You may share:

  1. What is happening in your life right now?
  2. What has been on your mind the most lately?
  3. What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
  4. What have you tried so far?
  5. What surprised you?
  6. If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?

Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.

Human Experience Atlas was created to help people see, recognize, and map the experiences they are living through.
