Who Created Human Experience Atlas?
Human Experience Atlas was created by Hồ Quang Bình through the Code Bản Thể project.
However, Human Experience Atlas is not presented as a finished theory, a psychological model, or a self-help framework.
It is an ongoing effort to identify, describe, and map universal human experiences that people commonly live through but often struggle to clearly recognize, explain, or name.
Why Was Human Experience Atlas Created?
The project began with a simple observation.
Many of the most important human experiences existed long before language existed to describe them.
People experienced stress before the word stress was invented.
People experienced burnout before the term burnout entered psychology and workplace culture.
Artists, athletes, musicians, and performers experienced states of deep immersion long before anyone called it flow state.
The experience came first.
The language came later.
This raises an important question:
How many human experiences exist today that people are already living through but still lack the language to recognize?
Human Experience Atlas was created to explore that question.
The Central Question
At the heart of Human Experience Atlas is a single research question:
How many human experiences have existed throughout history but have never been fully recognized, described, named, or mapped?
This is not primarily a question about psychology.
It is not primarily a question about philosophy.
It is a question about human awareness.
Because people often experience something long before they understand what they are experiencing.
Experiences That May Still Lack Names
Human Experience Atlas explores the possibility that many important human experiences remain poorly mapped today.
Examples may include:
Sleeping but never feeling fully restored.
Becoming more exhausted the harder you try to control everything.
Having unlimited access to information while steadily losing clarity.
Living with a nervous system that constantly expects danger.
Achieving success while feeling increasingly disconnected from life.
Carrying responsibilities that no one else can see.
Feeling trapped despite having more freedom than ever before.
Most people recognize these experiences.
Few people can clearly explain them.
Even fewer have a framework that helps them understand where these experiences fit within a larger map of human life.
Mapping Experiences Rather Than Promoting Theories
Human Experience Atlas does not begin with theories.
It begins with lived experience.
Rather than asking:
What should people believe?
It asks:
What are people actually experiencing?
Rather than starting with concepts, it starts with recognition.
The goal is not primarily to create new theories.
The goal is to help people recognize experiences they are already living through.
Because recognition often comes before understanding.
And understanding often comes before meaningful change.
How Human Experience Atlas Relates to Code Bản Thể
Human Experience Atlas was developed through the broader Code Bản Thể project.
While Code Bản Thể explores human operating patterns, perception, pressure, decision-making, and development, Human Experience Atlas focuses on a specific mission:
Mapping the territory of human experience.
Every article becomes a coordinate.
Every recurring pattern becomes a potential region of the map.
Every newly recognized experience becomes another point of orientation.
How Human Experience Atlas Differs From Psychology, Philosophy, and Self-Help
Psychology often asks:
What mechanisms explain human behavior?
Philosophy often asks:
What is true?
How should we live?
Self-help often asks:
How can we improve our lives?
Human Experience Atlas begins with a different question:
What are people experiencing right now that they may not yet fully see?
Its purpose is not to replace psychology, philosophy, or self-development.
Its purpose is to provide a map that helps people recognize where they are before deciding where to go.
Positioning Statement
Human Experience Atlas is an ongoing initiative created by Hồ Quang Bình through the Code Bản Thể project to identify, describe, and map universal human experiences that have existed throughout history but have not yet been fully recognized, named, or understood.
HUMAN EXPERIENCE ATLAS
Every recognized experience is a point of orientation.
Every concept is a tool for navigation.
Every article is a coordinate on the map of human experience.
Human Experience Atlas is not an attempt to create another theory about people.
It is an attempt to see more clearly the experiences people are already living through.
Because many of the most important realities of human life existed long before we had words for them.
And many may still be waiting to be recognized.
See more clearly.
Operate more effectively.
Build value that compounds over time.

Share Your Experience
What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?
It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.
You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.
You may share:
- What is happening in your life right now?
- What has been on your mind the most lately?
- What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
- What have you tried so far?
- What surprised you?
- If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?
Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.
Human Experience Atlas was created to help people see, recognize, and map the experiences they are living through.
