Root Qi Reflex – Level 0: Difficulty Foundations
Why Some Reflex Levels Are Far Harder Than Others And Why Most Viewers Can’t Decode Them
Root Qi Reflex – Difficulty Explained, Level by Level
(Explore the foundation of Code Bản Thể: Definition of Code Bản Thể : https://codebanthe.com/code-ban-the-la-gi/ )
In Root Qi Reflex, the difficulty never lies in the “objects.”
It lies in the force fields the body must process in zero delay.
Because viewers aren’t educated with the correct terminology, all they see is:
“someone doing something strange with an umbrella, some paper, and a ball.”
The truth is far more complex.
Below are five factors that make each Level impossible to fake—yet almost impossible for the public to understand or classify.
1. One-Leg Axis — Why 95% of people can’t hold this for more than 2 seconds
One-Leg Axis is not “standing on one leg.”
It is maintaining a non-shaking, non-collapsing, non-compressed axis, while:
the entire center of mass sits on one point,
the hips rotate to catch a vector,
both hands process falling objects,
and all of this happens within 0.00–0.04 seconds.
Axis breaks = reflex breaks.
Viewers don’t see this, but the body feels everything.
2. Outer Ball
A heavy object falling from outside the field
Outer Ball means:
A heavy object falling from the Outer Field,
with a completely different vector from the two objects inside the Inner Field.
This creates:
asymmetric time delays,
different weights,
different fall velocities,
and a powerful neural-attention pull.
Most viewers don’t know this is a neuro-dynamics stress test,
not “catching a ball.”
3. Multi-Object Reflex — “Three objects falling” is not ‘three times harder’
Multi-object means the nervous system must process three independent trajectories in a single time unit.
Not 3× harder.
But 3² harder.
Three objects → three vectors → three impact points → three impulses → three micro-decisions within one axis rotation.
Viewers only see:
“multiple things falling at once.”
In reality, it is spacetime multi-tasking under zero delay.
4. Opposite Vectors When trajectories conflict, human balance collapses instantly
Opposite vectors = two objects falling in reverse phases.
The brain must:
rotate the axis toward vector A,
extend an arm toward vector B,
and still maintain One-Leg Axis.
Viewers think this is just “two things falling in different directions.”
The truth:
This is a test of the vestibular system + proprioception + force-isolation axis.
5. Zero-Delay / Eyes-Closed Where technique dies, and the axis decides
Eyes-Closed and Zero-Delay are not “difficulty modifiers.”
They are:
shutting down vision,
shutting down analysis,
shutting down prediction,
leaving only the axis to decide movement.
Reflex does not run on the brain.
It runs on the somatic fieldsomething most people have never experienced.
That is why viewers cannot recognize why one Level is vastly harder than another.
If you want to understand the Root Qi Reflex system at a deeper level,
follow the upcoming breakdowns on Substack and LinkedIn.
I will explain each Level—with imagery, with science, and with somatic-field theory
so you can see why zero-delay is not a technique, but a state in which the Axis moves before thought.

Share Your Experience
What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?
It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.
You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.
You may share:
- What is happening in your life right now?
- What has been on your mind the most lately?
- What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
- What have you tried so far?
- What surprised you?
- If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?
Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.
Human Experience Atlas was created to help people see, recognize, and map the experiences they are living through.
