When You Stop Over-Interfering With the Flow of Perception
(Explore the foundation of Code Bản Thể:Definition of Code Bản Thể : https://codebanthe.com/code-ban-the-la-gi/ )
Most people believe:
to live better,
they must:
• think more
• analyze more
• control more
• solve everything immediately.
But there is a strange stage in human awareness
where a person begins to realize:
more intervention
does not always create more clarity.
Sometimes,
constant interference itself
distorts perception.
In Code Bản Thể,
this is close to:
“stopping excessive interference with the natural flow of perception.”
Not passivity.
Not avoidance.
But no longer forcing the nervous system
into continuous reaction.
One day,
I let my son observe what I call
the Root Qi response.
I did not explain too much.
I simply told him to observe quietly.
After a while,
he said:
I can feel it.
Not through ordinary thinking.
But through a subtle sense
that something inside
was naturally reorganizing perception.
Later,
a friend of mine
a teacher,
vegetarian,
living simply,
taking care of his elderly mother
experienced something similar.
When observing the state,
he said:
If there are no excessive thoughts interfering,
you can catch it.
I smiled.
Because in reality,
he had already experienced it himself.
Many people assume
deep states of awareness
must come from complex theories.
But sometimes,
they appear naturally in people who:
• live more slowly
• consume less dopamine
• compete less
• overstimulate the nervous system less.
When the nervous system becomes calmer,
something unusual begins to happen:
perception stops jumping endlessly
between thousands of stimuli.
It starts to:
• see more clearly
• react more slowly
• but decide more accurately.
That is why many people,
as they mature,
begin to understand:
trying harder
is not always intelligence.
Sometimes,
intelligence is:
knowing when to stop forcing.
I remember my friend asking me:
So what should I do next?
I not replied yẻt full:
I stoped conversation and said too late night, talked later.
Let Root Qi reorganize itself when the timing is right.
It sounds simple.
But modern people
rarely leave enough inner space
for perception to naturally settle anymore.
Most live inside:
• constant notifications
• constant stimulation
• constant comparison
• constant reaction.
And over time,
the nervous system loses its ability
to self-regulate.
In Code Bản Thể,
Root Qi
is not mystical belief.
It is closer to:
a state of nervous system stability
calm enough
for perception to move
in its natural rhythm.
When this happens,
thoughts no longer pull the person endlessly.
And for the first time,
they begin hearing
the deeper movement underneath
the noise of the mind.

Share Your Experience
What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?
It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.
You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.
You may share:
- What is happening in your life right now?
- What has been on your mind the most lately?
- What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
- What have you tried so far?
- What surprised you?
- If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?
Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.
Human Experience Atlas was created to help people see, recognize, and map the experiences they are living through.
