This morning, something interesting happened.
I stood still.
Just a simple standing posture.
Within a few minutes,
my body gave up.
I dropped to my knees.
Forehead touched the ground.
And I fell asleep.
No intention.
No control.
Just collapse.
Most people would call this fatigue.
They would say:
“You’re tired.”
“You didn’t sleep enough.”
“Your body is weak.”
But that’s not what happened.
This is what actually happened
When you stand still under load,
you are not just using your muscles.
You are loading your entire system:
your nervous system
your internal coordination
your ability to stay stable without reacting
And when that system is not ready…
It doesn’t “try harder.”
It shuts down.
The body has a built-in mechanism:
When pressure exceeds structure
→ it stops the system
→ resets everything
That reset can look like:
shaking
losing balance
sudden fatigue
or… falling asleep instantly
The most interesting part
Later, while taking my child to school,
two sentences came out naturally:
“Khí quay về gốc.”
“Khí quy tuỷ.”
I didn’t plan to say them.
They just appeared.
What those sentences actually mean
“Khí quay về gốc”
→ Energy returns to the center.
When the system is overloaded,
energy is scattered everywhere:
thoughts
reactions
tension
When the body lets go,
everything starts coming back to a central point.
“Khí quy tuỷ”
→ Energy returns to the core axis.
Not metaphorically.
Physically.
Your spine.
Your nervous system.
Your central control line.
When energy moves back into this axis,
the system begins to stabilize again.
But here is the important truth
This is NOT a sign of mastery.
This is a sign of contact.
You are touching something deeper,
but you cannot hold it yet.
That’s why:
you collapse
you cannot stay upright
you lose awareness
The real mistake people make
They think:
“This is deep. I should go further.”
So they push.
They stand longer.
They try harder.
They chase the state.
That’s where things go wrong.
Because what just happened is not “depth.”
It is system overload followed by shutdown.
The correct approach
Do less.
But stay in control.
Stand shorter (2–3 minutes)
Stop before collapse
Stay conscious the entire time
The goal is not to go deep.
The goal is to build structure that can hold pressure.
This has nothing to do with meditation
This is exactly how people fail in real life.
In trading.
In business.
In decision-making.
Under pressure:
They don’t lack knowledge.
They don’t lack effort.
Their structure breaks.
And when structure breaks:
action becomes random
timing is lost
decisions become costly
The real game
It’s not about:
pushing harder
knowing more
trying better
It’s about building a system that can hold pressure without collapsing
Because once your structure holds…
Pressure no longer breaks you.
It reveals you.
New to Code Bản Thể?
Start with the Human Operating System.
Explore:
clarity under pressure
nervous system stability
decision-making under uncertainty
signal vs noise
awareness and human cognition
Because as machines become increasingly powerful at processing information,
understanding how humans operate may become even more important.
The Ultimate Goal
to see clearly,
to operate wisely,
and to build a life that compounds over time.

Share Your Experience
What are you going through that is difficult to put into words?
It may be financial pressure, insomnia, caregiving, burnout, leadership stress, uncertainty, relationship challenges, or an experience that feels difficult to explain.
You do not need to write perfectly. Simply tell your story.
You may share:
- What is happening in your life right now?
- What has been on your mind the most lately?
- What feels most difficult, stressful, or exhausting?
- What have you tried so far?
- What surprised you?
- If you could give this experience a name, what would you call it?
Not every experience needs an immediate solution. Sometimes the first step is simply finding language for what you are experiencing.
Human Experience Atlas was created to help people see, recognize, and map the experiences they are living through.
